What is the best treatment for sciatica and muscle spasms? - sciatica treatment more condition_symptoms
I am not a doctor, just speaking from experience. Try to get some muscle relaxants and pain relievers cons with your doctor. Who does not know to heal, only to relieve pain.
Do not sit for long periods of time without getting up and walking. I do it every 20 minutes. You do not have to suffer for long, just a few minutes walk and a little bit. This helps the nerves are not so bad to me. You may experience a gel pad or something to get the comfortable feeling for you, to sit at work and at home.
You can also try the salt espom a hot bath for twenty minutes. Epsom salts are inexpensive and available in many grocery stores and most pharmacies.
You can try turning-point injections, usually performed with cortisone. They alleviate inflammation.
I have not found a cure. Sometimes they went for months and then test it again. Do not sit for a long time and input that helps me.
I expect that further improvements in the technology before starting any type of surgery. You & # 039, always get better at these things. Good luck, hope you find what works for you.
I've included some links provide further information. Hope it helps.

Sometimes pain and immobility may experience in the back, neck or shoulder pain after waking or after a normal train. If you have not done that recently, a little hard, the pain is the result of a muscle cramp, rather than a train or tribe. Yoga is especially useful for the treatment of muscle spasms. But do not try to muscle where the pain is intensely painful to stretch. Instead, be calm and ice in the region. Wait until the acute pain before it stretches. If you hire a lot of pain at any time, stretching and ask your doctor.
Personally, I think the worst thing you can do is to hide drugs, pain. Yes to be able to handle drinking, but the problem causing the pain to resolve. Ninety percent of the time of the sciatic nerve pain comes from muscle spasms. Therefore, your muscles need to be prepared to release the spasm and pain. A visit to the chiropractor would be nice, but I suggest trying to contact a therapist. They can help to relieve the spasms and to show a few steps you can do to reduce the risk of that happening again. By the time you take to try to do these things, some anti-inflammatory, but avoid severe muscle relaxants, addictive and dangerous.

The situation of every person is different, depending on the amount of nerve damage at the site of the spine. The treatments are traction, ultrasound, heat / cold. Drugs only mask the pain, but it has some success with Neurontin - an anti-subordination of intervention that work on the nerves of the signal. It works, but may have some interesting side effects.
I tried Neurontin for several years and has helped, but not "fixed" the problem. Ultrasound still felt good, but he has never 100%. I was advised to undergo a surgery and I think that anyone with a back injury / N. Questions of the leg required surgery is likely that at some point. The technology is getting better and better. But now, a little ibuprofen and I'm very well for some time.
