I am learning guitar. I am also very impatient ... I hate to have something great from the start. I thought it might inspire more if I have the songs that I will learn to love. So what is the best book of songs by Bob Dylan ... In your opinion?

You do not really need.
Most of the songs of Bob Dylan, although complex lyrically, musically they are very simple - only 3 or 4 strings, actually.
Just buy capo and you're out. .
